Rob Lake Magic
We were approached by the Grand Illusions of Rob Lake to direct, film, and deliver their latest live-performance showreel. Producing quality video for live shows is completely different from film or commercial production. The equipment, lighting, grip, and almost every aspect of the setup differ, and great care must be taken to ensure the energy of the performance is captured.
Fortunately, with director Ed Gregory’s previous experience as a stage performer and the team’s past live-theatrical work, we were able to deliver. We know the effort that goes into creating a live stage production and understand the importance of capturing it for commercial use.
