A Full-Service Product Launch at Our Las Vegas Soundstage
Artesian Spas chose In Color Studios as the production partner for the launch of two of its hot tub collections: Artesian Elite and Celebrity Spas. The campaign combined commercial photography and video production, with our team managing the entire project from initial pre-production and casting through filming, photography and final post-production.
The production took place entirely at the In Color Studios soundstage in Las Vegas. Working in a controlled studio environment gave our team complete control over the lighting, set design, production schedule and overall visual style of the campaign.
Bringing Full-Size Spas into a Soundstage
Producing a hot tub campaign inside a soundstage created several unique logistical and technical challenges. Both spas had to be transported into the studio, carefully positioned and incorporated into a completely custom-built set.
Each spa then needed to be filled with water, heated and maintained at the correct temperature throughout production. Working with large volumes of heated water inside a soundstage required detailed planning around drainage, electrical safety, humidity, equipment placement and crew access.
Our production team planned and managed every stage of the process, allowing the photography and video crews to work efficiently while protecting the products, talent, equipment and studio.
Custom Set Design and Controlled Studio Production
In Color Studios designed and built a complete lifestyle environment around each Artesian Spa. The custom set transformed our Las Vegas soundstage into a premium location that complemented the appearance and positioning of the products.
Controlled studio lighting allowed our team to highlight the materials, water movement, integrated features and craftsmanship of each spa. This provided the consistency of a commercial studio production while creating the atmosphere of a high-end residential lifestyle campaign.
Product Videos, B-Roll and Voiceover Content
Our video production team captured cinematic lifestyle footage, detailed product shots and a complete library of B-roll. The footage was developed to work alongside voiceover, combining the emotional experience of owning an Artesian Spa with clear coverage of its design and features.
This approach gave Artesian Spas flexible content that could be used across product launches, websites, social media, dealer communications and future marketing campaigns.
Casting Through In Color Talent
Casting was managed through our in-house Las Vegas talent agency, In Color Talent. Keeping casting and production under one roof streamlined talent selection, auditions, scheduling and communication.
It also gave Artesian Spas a single production partner responsible for the creative, technical and logistical elements of the campaign.
Real Photography—Not AI-Generated Environments
Alongside the video campaign, our commercial photography team created a complete collection of product and lifestyle images.
During post-production, the studio surroundings were replaced with real photographed locations. These environments were specifically photographed and selected for the project—not created using AI-generated renders. This ensured that the finished images maintained a natural, authentic and premium appearance while presenting the spas in aspirational outdoor settings.
Complete Production from Pre-Production to Post
In Color Studios managed every aspect of the Artesian Spas campaign, including pre-production, casting, logistics, set construction, studio filming, commercial photography and post-production.
Despite the technical challenges of working with full-size spas and heated water inside a soundstage, the project was delivered successfully. The result was a cohesive collection of high-quality launch assets for the Artesian Elite and Celebrity Spas collections—and another happy In Color Studios client.
