MGM Rewards x The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
In Color Studios was selected as the production partner to create a collection of organic campaign content around MGM Rewards and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The goal was to produce visually distinctive, contemporary content that captured the energy, style and luxury of The Cosmopolitan while giving the campaign a versatile library of assets for launch, social, onsite video and future marketing.
With just one production day, our team captured three creative concepts across multiple locations throughout The Cosmopolitan on the Las Vegas Strip. From the outset, the production was designed around a fast-moving schedule and a quick post-production turnaround, while maintaining the high production value expected from both brands.
A Contemporary, High-Fashion Visual Approach
The creative direction leaned heavily into high-end fashion imagery, modern editorial photography and conceptual filmmaking. Rather than approaching the campaign with one consistent shooting style, we developed different visual techniques for each concept, creating a collection of films that felt connected while each having its own identity.
Our team used a combination of cinema cameras and photographic techniques to create the imagery almost entirely in camera. Strobe photography introduced sharp, energetic bursts of movement. Slow shutter speeds and motion blur created abstract trails and a sense of momentum through the hotel. Shallow depth of field allowed us to isolate details, architecture and talent within busy environments, while carefully designed camera movement and dynamic transitions connected locations naturally.
These techniques gave the finished films an ultra-modern, conceptual feel without relying heavily on effects in post-production. The visual style came directly from the photography, camera movement, lighting, locations and performances captured on the day.
High Production Value in a Fast-Moving Shoot
Producing three creative concepts across multiple areas of a major Las Vegas resort required a tightly planned production. In Color Studios managed the production crew, cinema camera package, talent and hair and makeup, allowing each setup to move efficiently while maintaining a consistent level of quality.
Every location presented a new opportunity to create something visually different, and the production was structured to make the most of the architecture, interiors, lighting and atmosphere that make The Cosmopolitan such a recognizable Las Vegas destination.

Built for Every Platform
The campaign was planned from production through post for multi-format delivery, with final creative supplied in 16:9 widescreen, 9:16 vertical and 1:1 square formats. Composition, talent positioning and camera movement were considered during filming so each version could feel intentionally created for its platform rather than simply cropped afterward.
The result was three polished campaign concepts alongside a broader pool of high-quality visual content that could support the immediate cross-platform launch, onsite video assets, location branding and future creative needs.
By combining precise pre-production, experienced crews, contemporary capture techniques and a streamlined post-production workflow, In Color Studios delivered a distinctive body of content from a single day of production—giving MGM Rewards and The Cosmopolitan a campaign built not just for one release, but for continued use across multiple platforms and marketing channels.
